I had fun out there today, despite always getting stuck behind some dudes that kept locking up their back brakes on the downhill singletrack. The time according to my watch was 1:56. I thought I could have done better effort wise until I looked at my HR monitor data. Average heart rate of 174...so I guess I gave it my all.

And, if you were out there cheering some dude on who was running across the finish line with a broken chain...might have been me...though when mine broke I heard some folks saying "another broken chain!" Mine broke not too long after hitting the single track after the bridge going over the race track. But, thanks for the cheers!
