Pipeline Dreams

A large group of trailworkers met this weekend to drive the golden spike at Toro County Park's new Pipeline Trail. The workers connected the top half and the bottom half of the trail just before the weekend rain could dampen spirits.

The downhill specific trail is being built by mountain bikers for mountain biking. The trail design is largely a mountain biking project. Groups from all around the Monterey Bay Area are joining together to bring this trail to reality.

The soil is perfect for trailbuilding. Watch the MORCA website for information on the next trailwork day. Generally, Toro Trailwork Time is the 4th Saturday of each Month.
